Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Item Master Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in both Oracle On-Premise and Oracle Fusion environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle Fusion Product Information Management (PIM), Oracle Item Master, Stibo STEP, and Supply Chain Master Data Management (MDM). This role will lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise-wide product master data solutions while establishing best practices for SKU governance, product classification, attribute management, and data quality across Oracle Supply Chain applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Item Master and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions across Oracle On-Premise and Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Define and maintain enterprise-wide product master data standards, governance policies, and data quality processes.
  • Design and govern SKU structures, numbering conventions, product hierarchies, classifications, item attributes, item classes, and templates.
  • Configure and implement Stibo STEP for Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate product and supply chain requirements into scalable master data solutions.
  • Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and ensure accurate product data across enterprise systems.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion Item Master with other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.
  • Drive data migration, SKU rationalization, product master harmonization, and data cleansing initiatives.
  • Partner with Supply Chain teams to ensure product data supports Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Order Management, and Reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), or Supply Chain Master Data Management.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Information Management (PIM) and Oracle Item Master.
  • Experience working with both Oracle On-Premise and Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Stibo STEP configuration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • SKU design and numbering conventions
    • Product hierarchies and classifications
    • Item attributes, item classes, and templates
    • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Supply Chain processes, including:
    • Procurement
    • Inventory Management
    • Manufacturing
    • Planning
    • Order Management
  • Experience implementing data governance, data quality, and master data standards.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Telecom, High-Tech, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning.
  • Experience with data migration, SKU rationalization, and product master harmonization initiatives.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a Techno-Functional Oracle Item Master expert capable of serving as the enterprise authority for Product Master Data. They should possess deep expertise in Oracle Item Master, Oracle Fusion PIM, Oracle On-Premise, Stibo STEP, and Supply Chain processes, enabling them to establish scalable product data governance, SKU management, attribute standards, and enterprise-wide master data best practices.
