<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The Oracle Executive Recruiter will lead executive and senior-level talent acquisition efforts focused on Oracle consulting practices. This individual will own and manage full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP, Principal Consultant, and executive-level Oracle professionals across ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI disciplines. The ideal candidate possesses deep Oracle market expertise, extensive executive search experience, and a proven ability to attract and close high-caliber consulting talent. This role requires strong partnership with business leaders, hiring managers, and practice executives to develop talent strategies that support business growth.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><i><strong>Executive Search & Talent Acquisition</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Lead executive and senior-level searches for Oracle consulting and leadership positions. </li> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. </li> <li>Recruit Director, VP, Principal Consultant, Practice Leader, and C-Level candidates. </li> </ul> <p><i><strong>Strategic Talent Partnership</strong></i></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Oracle Practice Leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. </li> <li>Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. </li> <li>Provide market intelligence on talent availability,
