Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Online Survey Designer to join our growing Market Research team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing engaging, effective, and statistically sound surveys that capture critical consumer and business insights. Your expertise will contribute directly to market intelligence, product development, and business strategy for leading clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end online surveys for various research objectives including customer satisfaction, product feedback, brand awareness, and user experience.

  • Collaborate with research analysts and project managers to translate business needs into survey questions and logical flows.

  • Utilize survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Qualtrics, or similar to build, test, and deploy surveys.

  • Ensure data quality through the use of skip logic, validation rules, and pre-testing protocols.

  • Analyze respondent experience and continuously improve survey design for better engagement and completion rates.

  • Monitor survey performance and assist in interpreting preliminary results.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in market research methodologies and survey technologies.

  • Manage multiple survey projects with tight timelines and competing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong command of English and excellent written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in at least one major survey tool/platform (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Typeform).

  • Understanding of basic statistical principles and sampling techniques.

  • Ability to write clear, unbiased, and audience-appropriate survey questions.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project coordination abilities.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in survey design, market research, data collection, or a related role.

  • Internship or freelance experience in survey development will also be considered for junior-level candidates.

  • Prior experience in remote roles is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible hours with daily deliverables and weekly check-ins.

  • Full-time: 35–40 hours per week

  • Part-time: Minimum 15 hours per week

  • Time-zone adaptability for international projects may be required.
