In this role, you will be responsible for researching, tracking, and analyzing online and global events (such as webinars, conferences, summits, expos, and virtual meetups) across various industries. Your research will help inform our marketing, content creation, and outreach teams to stay on top of trending topics, competitor events, and collaboration opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and compile upcoming virtual and physical events relevant to multiple industries using trusted event directories, websites, and digital platforms.

  • Analyze event trends and categorize data by theme, industry, format, target audience, and potential business relevance.

  • Monitor competitor event participation and prepare reports highlighting opportunities for strategic collaboration or attendance.

  • Maintain a comprehensive event calendar for internal planning and promotional alignment.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to recommend events for partnerships, sponsorships, or participation.

  • Ensure data accuracy and update event entries regularly as event details change.

  • Conduct weekly reporting to present key findings and priority opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Research, or a related field.

  • Strong internet research skills and familiarity with event listing sites and tools.
