Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Online Content Moderator to ensure the safety, relevance, and quality of user-generated content across Nigerian online forums. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about maintaining community guidelines, monitoring online behavior, and promoting respectful digital discussions. Key Responsibilities
Monitor user-generated content across forums, message boards, and discussion threads to ensure adherence to community standards and policies.
Identify, report, and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in a timely manner.
Respond to user-reported content violations and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Provide regular feedback to forum admins and management regarding trends, user concerns, and potential improvements.
Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistent and fair enforcement of content guidelines.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging digital environment for Nigerian online forum users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
