Meta Ads for Chiro Coaching Company/Fractional CMO position/Performance Based

Please see HOW to apply by reading this fully.

There is just 1 thing to send us to be considered.

We're a multi-million dollar coaching company helping chiropractors (stuck primarily at $20K-$65K/month revenue) double their practices and become the Go-To providers in their communities.

We currently invest ~$9,000/month in Meta Ads with lackluster performance and want a specialist to take our performance to the next level.

This is not a short-term gig.

We're looking for a long-term partner who gets results and stays on the team for years.

THE CHALLENGE (And Why This Role Is Different)

Our audience is TINY.

~30,000 potential customers in the entire U.S.

(Chiropractor practice owners).

That means:

Lookalike audiences (1-2M) have never worked and likely will not.

Retargeting video views (a few hundred accounts) hasn't EVER performed.

Standard social ad playbooks don't apply here.

If you've only worked with broad audiences, this definitely isn't for you.

If you thrive on constraint and precision targeting where reputation counts - Keep reading.

We're on ClickFunnels 1.0 (willing to migrate but highly rather not unless it's simple landing pages).

If you can't do pixel integration and Capi via CF1.0 and ActiveCampaign, this isn't for you.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Current Baseline:

~$750 per qualified call scheduled based on ad spend (that means they show up and are our demographic).

Most campaigns are for a lead magnet first, call schedule 2nd, as direct call has never shown to work or gets far worse quality schedules. Still haven't met someone who can show how to get Lead and Call Schedule results in the same row for ad set performance, either.

Your Goal:

Cut cost per qualified call to $400 or less (including your costs)

Improve lead quality and quanity.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Strategy, optimization, and performance, not creative execution.

Our team can handle the video editing and image creation.

You provide expert direction, samples to mimic, and oversee execution.

Specifically:

✅ New angles for videos/copy/offers - What haven't we tested that will work in this tiny niche?

✅ Organic content strategy - Recommendations for organic videos/posts that build right-fit client connections (we handle production)

✅ Campaign optimization - Frequency adjustments, budget allocation, audience refinement

✅ Tracking & reporting - Cost per qualified call scheduled (primary), qualified opt-ins (secondary)

✅ Competitive intelligence - Active competitor research to position us uniquely

TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION

Estimate 4-8 hours/week (ongoing, long-term)

Compensation:

Will pay for your time for initial set up to ensure tracking is correct, on screen share video to confirm it's right.

Then willing to pay a premium for leads tracked directly to the ads you run who become clients.

Bonuses tied to hitting cost-per-qualified-call targets as well.

This is a results-driven role, not a retainer and "Let's see how it goes" agenda.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

You're the right fit if:

✅ You've managed Meta Ads for niche audiences (bonus if Chiropractors are the audience, NOT chiro patients)

✅ You thrive on constraints - small audiences excite you, not scare you

✅ You can work directly with a founder who moves fast and expects results

✅ You're confident in your abilities enough to propose a low to no-risk offer (see below)

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY

❌ Agencies - If you run an agency, please don't waste our time. We're looking for an individual who will be a fractional member of our team.

❌ Generalists - If you haven't worked with small, niche B2B audiences, this isn't for you.

❌ "Let's test for 1-2 months and see what happens...". We're not looking for experimentation on our dime. We're looking for a proven process.

HOW TO PROVE YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON

It is not about your past results, how much spend you've managed, accolades or case studies. Everyone's got them. Everyone says they're top 1% media buyer.

If you feel you could perform in this realm, please apply with this ONE response:

What's your best Low-Risk Proposal to Me showing your level of certainty in results?

How can you make this a no-lose situation for us?

We've spent much with "experts" who took $5-10K and delivered worse results than us doing it ourselves. How can YOU mitigate that from happening again?

How much do you want to be paid per qualified call booked or new client signed?

I'm not looking for free work.

I'm looking for someone who believes in themselves.

Just like we have a multi-million dollar business with month to month contracts, because we're that confident in earning clients' business every month.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

✅ Long-term stability - We don't churn. Do great work, and you're part of the team for years.

✅ Performance upside - Hit targets, earn bonuses. Exceed them, earn more.

✅ Direct access to founder - No bureaucracy. Fast decisions. Real partnership.

✅ Interesting problem - This isn't "run traffic to an e-commerce store." This is precision marketing to a tiny, high-value audience.

If you're that person, we want to hear from you.
