The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing process optimization, premium product quality, and loss elimination initiatives within a high-volume production environment.</p><p>This role requires a hands-on engineering professional who can evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and drive operational excellence while maintaining product quality and safety standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical equipment utilized within the manufacturing environment.</li><li>Analyze production issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.</li><li>Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed manufacturing process improvements.</li><li>Develop detailed equipment layouts, workflow designs, and process documentation.</li><li>Research, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and methodologies.</li><li>Drive loss elimination initiatives and improve manufacturing performance metrics.</li><li>Develop and implement quality control systems and cost-saving measures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain engineering documentation, project records, and performance reports.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.</li><li>Support training initiatives and provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>Must-Have Skills</p><ul><li>10+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Technical Baby Care Premium Products</strong> and <strong>Loss Elimination methodologies</strong>.</li><li>Extensive understanding of <strong>Premium Product Quality standards and manufacturing processes</strong>.</li><li>Experience with digital manufacturing and plant systems including:</li><li>Veeva</li><li>BadBoih</li><li>SAP</li><li>QView</li><li>Augury</li><li>Strong mechanical engineering background within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and training capabilities.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional teams.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience working in consumer goods manufacturing environments.</li><li>Proven track record of driving operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives.</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing facilities and continuous improvement programs.</li></ul><p>Work Environment</p><ul><li>Full-time onsite role at P&G manufacturing facility.</li><li>Access to P&G systems and company-issued computer will be provided.</li><li>Limited travel requirement (0-20%).</li></ul><p>Why Join?</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the world's leading consumer goods manufacturers, contributing to critical manufacturing improvement initiatives while leveraging advanced digital manufacturing technologies and engineering best practices.</p>
