About the position

Job Summary Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and operational cadence management and execution enablement relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, governance coordination, and issue/risk management, supporting consistent execution of enterprise growth and retention initiatives across health plans. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to manage multiple complex, challenging projects simultaneously). Deep understanding of multiple projects and relationships between projects. Supports recurring governance forums (e.g., performance reviews, planning sessions, pilot tracking) by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on actions. Expert knowledge of methods and techniques involved in project management initiatives. Able to learn new dashboards with little to no instruction within a short period and instruct others on its functionality and apply tools to support governance cadence, tracking, and execution visibility . Proactively assesses projects for potential problem areas. Investigates, develops, evaluates solutions to a wide range of complex problems spanning multiple projects, surfacing risks early and supporting escalation paths for unresolved issues. Translates enterprise strategies and initiatives into practical execution tools, including job aids, checklists, and standardized materials to support consistent deployment across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 PM course required
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, managed care in lieu of degree acceptable, including experience supporting cross-functional program coordination, governance cadence, and execution tracking in a matrixed environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional formal training in PM preferred.
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired.
