🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live, engaging, and interactive online classes in the assigned local language, following the State Board syllabus.

  • Develop lesson plans, presentations, and learning resources in accordance with curriculum requirements.

  • Clarify doubts and support students in a personalized manner to strengthen their understanding of key subjects.

  • Track student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents (if applicable).

  • Conduct assessments, assignments, and revision sessions as per academic schedules.

  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and engagement in a virtual learning environment.

  • Collaborate with academic coordinators and subject experts to continuously improve teaching methods.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Language, Arts, or any relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).

  • Familiarity with the State Board syllabus of the respective state.

  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

📚 Experience

  • Minimum: 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience (online or offline).
