<h2>Overview</h2> <p>Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in its Dallas office. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must have prior California litigation experience.<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in litigation support and case management.</li> <li>Experience in personal injury litigation is preferred.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li> <li>Experience drafting and organizing discovery – both written discovery and document production.</li> <li>Experience preparing for and assisting at trial.</li> <li>Familiarity with California State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.</li> <li>Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable litigation support software.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and written communication skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail, organizational, and technical skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and all other professional staff.</li> <li>Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, performing factual and legal research, reviewing, and analyzing documents, and supporting preparations for hearings, depositions, and mediations.</li> <li>Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.</li> <li>Research, organize, and summarize records as needed to assist in data gathering, including organizing information and documents in databases.</li> <li>Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses.</li> <li>Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses and requests with outside vendors, and live trial support.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave & Life Insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$100,000.
