Job Summary: HCL Technologies is inviting motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our IT Support Apprenticeship Program. This program is designed to equip candidates with hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems management within a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
  • Respond to internal support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
  • Document IT procedures and create user guides for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology upgrades and system maintenance.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by following best practices and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:
