The HR Advisor position provides generalist support for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. In this role, you join a high-energy and collaborative team that is dedicated to providing end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for all of their HR needs. This role operates on a Thursday–Monday schedule, with working hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST on Thursday, Friday, and Monday, and 6:30 AM–3:30 PM PST on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
  • Deliver world class care experiences that helps our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives
  • Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience
  • Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience
  • Deliver personalized care experiences and effective partnership through multiple modes of communication to include chat/phone/case work
  • Coach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
  • Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
  • Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
  • Continuous improvement mind-set
  • Comfortable with heavy use of technology
  • Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime
