Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic General Manager HVAC to lead our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning division with passion and precision throughout mid-west. Duties

  • Provide visionary leadership to the HVAC team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities and enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost management and revenue growth strategies
  • Supervise project management activities from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Drive business development initiatives by cultivating client relationships, identifying new markets, and securing new contracts
  • Lead process improvement efforts to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve service delivery standards
  • Manage sales efforts by supporting the sales team with technical expertise and strategic guidance
  • Work with accounting team to ensure maximum profits.

Qualifications

  • 5 years plus Proven management experience in the HVAC industry or related field with a strong track record of supervising teams successfully
  • Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute plans effectively
  • Exceptional leadership qualities that motivate teams, foster collaboration, and promote professional development
  • Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a service-oriented environment
  • Hands-on experience in project management with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on expanding market presence and increasing sales revenue
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable
