Field Technical Service Representative

Sharp Business Systems is a reputed company sales division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, providing innovative technologies and services. The Field Technical Service Representative will manage and maintain Sharp equipment across their territory, collaborating with experienced technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with and receives mentorship from experienced Field Service Technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing cutting-edge Sharp equipment reputed company a designated territory
  • Resolve at least 85% of service calls independently post-training, striving for mastery in equipment maintenance
  • Conducts mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment as per Technical Service reputed company and Field Engineering Bulletins
  • Interprets schematics and conducts electrical troubleshooting, including our complete digital product line
  • Handles customer relations independently, escalating reputed company situations as necessary
  • Manages parts inventory reputed company to support smooth operations
  • Completes administrative tasks promptly and accurately
  • Collaborates with colleagues and management to reputed company service goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • Reports equipment performance issues to the reputed company Field Service Manager and any steps you have taken to resolve them

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory

  • Must possess strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude
