The ETF Product Strategy team is responsible for overseeing the ETF product range, articulating a clear, differentiated product narrative to clients and the market.<br><br><strong>What you will be doing:<br></strong><ul><li>Provide quantitative analytics for ETFs across equities, fixed income and commodities (both proactively and in response to requests from sales and marketing)</li><li>Producing clear, accurate and visually engaging information, including analysis and insights on index methodologies, product structure, performance, etc. (client-ready emails, presentations).</li><li>Produce content (brochures presentation decks, etc.) for clients and internal audiences, along with regular product updates and internal performance analytics and coordinate with other members of the product teams, Content, and Compliance to produce final, client-ready materials</li><li>Ensure that outputs are accurate, produced in a timely fashion, and adhere to relevant Compliance standards for externally distributed materials</li><li>Collaborate in on-going development of new tools (Excel/VB, Access, Python, etc.) to continuously improve, expand, automate and streamline team processes</li><li>Develop a broad but granular understanding of how Invesco ETFs function and be able to communicate this to other business areas (e.g. sales, marketing)<br><br></li></ul><strong>What you will bring:<br></strong><ul><li>Proven Quantitative / analytical skills and confidence in manipulating and analysing large volumes of data; familiarity and ease with index calculation, performance analytics and statistical techniques</li><li>Proven Excel skills with a high degree of computer literacy; experience with databases (e.g. SQL) and programming / scripting (e.g. VB, Python)</li><li>Commercial drive and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused role</li><li>Familiarity with the ETF landscape would be helpful but is not required</li><li>University degree, preferably in a STEM field, or quantitatively strong candidates from other fields (economics, finance)</li><li>Progress towards, or interest in pursuing, additional qualifications (e.g. CFA) highly valued</li><li>A clear analytical thinker and natural problem solver with strong quantitative skills and confidence working with data</li><li>Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly, think logically and communicate ideas clearly</li><li>Outstanding attention to detail in quantitative work as well as in the preparation of written materials (grammar) and presentations (formatting)</li><li>Highly organised with demonstrated ability to prioritise a heavy workload and meet both short (i.e. intraday) and longer-term (multi-week or month) deadlines</li><li>A client-centric, entrepreneurial and proactive self-starter with the drive to improve processes and find new and better solutions to problems</li><li>Written English; proficiency in a second European language highly desirable<br><br></li></ul><strong>Disability Confident Scheme :<br><br></strong>Applicants who opt in to the Disability Confident Scheme and meet the ‘minimum criteria’ for the role will be offered an interview.
