Dedicated Advanced Service Technician

RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Dedicated Advanced Service Technician is responsible for the continued maintenance and repair of the RaceTrac Travel Center and/or EDO stores they are designated. This individual assesses, develops protocol, and is responsible for the maintenance and appearance to ensure the operability of their store at all times. What You'll Do: Resolves maintenance and services issues at the RaceTrac Travel Center to ensure full operability 24/7, ultimately increases the profitability of the company. Treatment of stained areas with chemical degreaser and completely pressure washes sections of the store each day. Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, and all other work areas. Maintain all trash on site during their shift. Ensures each job is performed at a high level of skill and with optimal customer service. Serves as a knowledge expert in general maintenance functions including, but not limited to: HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, foodservice/beverage amenities, and petroleum dispensing systems. Accurately maintain equipment, tools, and inventory on site. Provides project support to cross-functional departments in various initiatives related to stores. Responds to additional ad hoc maintenance requests communicated from store personnel as needed. Maintains knowledge of local and state guidelines for facility services as necessary. Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Works with other ASTs to cross train in multiple trades. Has the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to repeatedly bend, stand and reach while on the job. What We're Looking For: General maintenance knowledge and repair procedures required. Ability to use common tools and office equipment required.
