Job Description

Turnitin is seeking a highly detail-oriented Professional Services Associate. This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Customer Enablement. The Professional Services Associate will be proficient processing data entry tasks within ExamSoft tools, and assisting with customer onboarding data entry and organization. This role is based in North America and requires working North America hours.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:
• Partner closely with the Customer Enablement Team to complete data entry deliverables and tasks aligning with project timelines and objectives.
• Import and create Partner Content within licensure portal(s) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) and testing on all Partner-provided content to uphold data integrity standards.
• Safeguard sensitive data and information during all phases of data entry and content management.

Qualifications

Essential:
• Experience working with text documents in various formats; Word, Excel, PDF, Rich Text
• Prior experience in a data entry role
• Result Oriented, with demonstrated knowledge and strong track record of delivering results in a high performance, continuous improvement environment through process optimization and facilitation
• Demonstrated experience with problem-solving and critical thinking

Desirable:
• Prior experience in a SaaS company
• Analytical mindset, a strong affinity for process optimization and data-based performance improvement
• Proficient at data analysis
