About the Job

As CRM – Technical & Lifecycle Manager at LS&Co., you will design, build and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS and app push, working closely with European cluster teams, Global stakeholders and cross-functional partners across Data, Product and Technology. This role will be central to driving automation, personalisation, and incremental revenue while delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a robust CRM strategy spanning customer lifecycles, harnessing the power of automation and continuous testing to enhance acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Drive forward our CRM transformation, working collaboratively with our Data, Product/Tech teams, and technical partners to enhance and exploit the capability of our customer engagement marketing platform/s..
  • Oversee and optimise CRM tools and processes, ensure the right infrastructure is in place to deliver a connected strategy that drives efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead complex targeting and personalisation strategies, utilising data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions & a deep understanding of audiences.
  • Proactively research and identify opportunities to further drive revenue through omni-channel campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies.
  • Develop and refine automated communications tailored to specific customer profiles, behavioural triggers, or transactional events. Leveraging all CRM communication channels for maximum impact.
  • Build, maintain & report on all automated email campaigns, including drip sequences, welcome series, abandoned cart emails and more.
  • Monitor email deliverability, troubleshoot delivery issues, and implement strategies to improve inbox placement.

About You

  • Proven experience in CRM management, with hands-on expertise in building and optimising automated, personalised customer journeys.
  • Strong technical experience with marketing automation platforms. Experience with Cordial and/or GDO is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance improvements.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Hands-on technical capability including HTML, CSS and SQL.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement and optimisation.

This is a hybrid position based in our Central London Office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is £45.500 – £60.700 gross per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
