The Coordinator, People Experience, GTS, US Commercial and International is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to Global Talent Solutions and US Commercial and International PX leadership teams, including but not limited to efficient calendar management, travel arrangements, preparation for and set-up of team meetings, preparation and distribution of presentations and project work. What You Will Achieve Handles correspondence / documents of confidential nature and where appropriate respond to, create, compose and/or edit written materials and/or e-mail responses. Proactively coordinates leadership and team meetings, prepares and edits meeting agendas, minutes & action items, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software and other tools such as MS Teams, Copilot, etc. Maintains distribution lists, organization charts, contracts and purchase orders, provides ad-hoc support for various projects. Exercises sound judgment in anticipating priorities and potential conflicts to ensure deadlines are met and leaders are properly prepared. Provides support managing calendars, scheduling high-level, time-sensitive meetings, managing travel arrangements, and completing expenses. Partners and serves as back up to Administrative Assistant to CTO, SVP, US Commercial and International PX. Completes quality work on a timely basis, using judgment to identify most urgent issues and working to resolve them. Embraces and champions Pfizer Values and Actionable Attitudes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative.
  • Ability to work well both in team environment as well as operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Independent, proactive and anticipates needs.
  • Ability and professional demeanor to interface with senior management and must be able to exhibit good judgment in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential.
