Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and adjustments. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in paid media and incorporate new strategies and technologies into campaigns. Create compelling and engaging ad copy and visuals that align with brand messaging and objectives. Work closely with creative teams to develop impactful and visually appealing ads. Collaborate with external media partners and vendors to negotiate contracts and optimize media buying. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of paid media campaigns. Ensure compliance with budget and timelines for all paid media initiatives. Support the development of a cohesive paid media strategy for the company's overall communication plan. Act as a paid media subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to other team members. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of paid media efforts.
