This pivotal role combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence across our diverse healthcare network.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a Clinical Manager, you'll serve as the clinical compass for our organization, bridging the gap between healthcare excellence and operational efficiency. You'll lead initiatives that directly impact patient care quality while supporting the professional growth of our clinical team and traveling healthcare providers. This role offers the opportunity to shape healthcare delivery standards while working with diverse healthcare systems and advancing your career in clinical leadership.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>Clinical Leadership & Quality Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a clinical resource for employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive clinical resources and educational materials for both internal staff and external customers</li> <li>Participate in training and educational initiatives as needed.</li> <li>Lead policy creation, updating, and educational initiatives to ensure best practices</li> <li>Contribute to team initiatives related to data review, process improvement, and reporting</li> <li>Utilize informatics tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and improve quality outcomes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with regulatory and compliance activities, including Joint Commission readiness support, as assigned.</li> <li>Oversee Board of Nursing compliance and manage related processes and reporting</li> <li>Coordinate with Risk Management to maintain compliance with certifications, accreditation, and HIPAA standards</li> <li>Participate in review committees and assist with third-party audits</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Management & Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide direct support to travelers regarding clinical performance issues, incident follow-up, and contract-related concerns.</li> <li>Manage clinical concerns and escalations related to traveling clinicians, providing guidance and support </li> <li>Partner with hospital clients to facilitate and manage performance improvement plans for travelers</li> <li>Conduct comprehensive performance evaluation programs for traveling healthcare providers</li> <li>Review clinician profiles to ensure skills align with specific client job requirements.</li> <li>Conduct interviews and support client hiring processes</li> <li>Review health documents and assist with follow-up procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic Partnership & Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize clinical operations</li> <li>Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support high-quality service delivery.</li> <li>Travel as needed for client visits to strengthen partnerships and support business development</li> <li>Contribute to monthly newsletters and communication initiatives for healthcare travelers</li> <li>Develop and implement policies regulating clinical competency, evaluation, and training of clinical staff</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Education & Licensure</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree from an accredited program in nursing or an allied health profession (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapy, medical technology, etc.); bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.</li> <li>Current, valid professional license or certification in the relevant discipline (e.g., RN, PT, OT, RT, MT) in state of residence, with ability to obtain additional state licensure/certification as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in an acute care or relevant healthcare setting.</li> <li>3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare settings.</li> <li>Recent healthcare facility experience (within the last 3 years).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the healthcare travel industry and candidate credentialing processes.</li> <li>Master’s degree in nursing, allied health, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.</li> <li>Lean or Six Sigma training preferred.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-KH1</p> <h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
