Location: Canary Wharf, London (Office-based)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm + one Saturday per month 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (half day in lieu granted)

Salary: £25,000 + OTE £60,000 (Uncapped)

Job Purpose

They are seeking an ambitious Business Development Consultant to join their expanding real estate team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and increasing revenue across residential sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new sales and lettings instructions
  • Generate valuation opportunities
  • Develop relationships with landlords, vendors, investors, and developers
