We are seeking a motivated and professional Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote our products and services, primarily focusing on Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Follow up with leads to maximise sales opportunities
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients
  • Document all activities accurately within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
