internal requirements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Perform FHA checks, verification of employment reviews, flood certificate validations, FEMA disaster reviews, and appraisal data entry within the LOS system.</div> </li> <li> <div>Review APR changes and loan modifications to ensure compliance requirements are met and updated Closing Disclosures are issued appropriately.</div> </li> <li> <div>Maintain consistent communication with brokers, borrowers, account executives, underwriters, and internal operational teams regarding loan status updates and outstanding conditions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Review, verify, update, and manage approval conditions throughout the loan lifecycle.</div> </li> <li> <div>Evaluate conditions submitted by brokers and coordinate with underwriting teams
